WELCOME
Welcome visitors to SEND Support. Here you can access specialist support for children with special educational needs. We provide advice, recommendations and guidance for parents, schools and professionals who are seeking support for a child or adult experiencing social, emotional and mental health needs as well as individuals awaiting a neuro diverse assessment. Additionally we provide 1:1 online therapy sessions for children and adults experiencing anxiety.

At SEND Support, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special educational needs. Our team is dedicated to providing expert guidance, assessments, recommendations and therapeutic support for both children and adults with dyslexia, learning and cognition needs, autism, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health needs as well as those trying to navigate the process of seeking neuro diverse assessments and accessing the appropriate resources.

Initial Consultation Meeting
We offer a full one hour consultation meeting:
Listen to your concerns.
Gather information on your needs or your child's Special educational needs. Ask questions to better understand.
During the meeting we agree together on the next steps such as: recommendations,
signposting to support and
assessments.
We provide you with a full summary report of the consultation meeting.

1:1 Therapeutic Support
Do you or your child experience stress or anxiety?
Feel misunderstood?
Feel alone or left out?
We offer 1:1 online counselling and therapy for individuals with or presenting with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, social, emotional and mental health needs as well as physical and sensory needs.
Sessions incorporate a pluralist approach and use a combination of a Person Centred, psychodynamic and cognitive Behavioural therapy approach depending on needs.
Cost: £65 ( 50 mins)
OUR EXPERTISE
Our staff have worked in the field of Special Educational needs and education for over 20 years. We have qualified teachers, SENDCO's and trauma trained therapists.
Staff qualifications range from Diplomas in Counselling to SENDCO and teaching degrees as well as a Masters Degree in Psychology and qualified psychometric assessors and exam access test users.
Our staff are also trained professionals supporting individuals with or awaiting a diagnosis for Autism, ADHD and special educational needs. Our staff are trained to offer support for individuals with Mental Health needs as Mental Health Trained Practitioners. We are also Mental Health First Aid trained.
Therapeutic counsellors are suitably qualified with a Diploma in both Counselling and Psychotherapy, offering a pluralistic approach for both children and adults wanting to feel listened to and understood.
We offer therapeutic support for children and adults with social, emotional and mental health needs, trauma, anxiety and or stress.
We have extensive experience of working with clients with or waiting for a diagnosis for neurodiversity (dyslexia, autism, ADHD) requesting support.
We work with clients with a range of special educational needs to build self- awareness, confidence and self-esteem.
We are able to offer advice and support through a consultation and or therapeutic process.
